42 Day Lifestyle Challenge
April 6th - May 16th
VG 42 MISSION
42 day lifestyle challenge to build better habits, stronger routines, and more consistency heading into summer.
A gym-wide challenge designed to help you focus on the fundamentals that actually create results. This challenge is not about extremes. It’s about showing up, eating real food, moving daily, and staying consistent. For 42 days, we will raise the standard together as a community.
VG 42 Values
1. Community
Victory is not meant to be done alone. We train together. We support each other. We celebrate progress together. This challenge is about showing up not just for yourself, but for the people around you.
2. Raise The Standard
Most people settle for “good enough.” We believe you’re capable of more. This is an opportunity to raise your personal standard, in how you train, how you eat, how you recover, and how you show up in daily life.
3. Consistency Over Intensity
Real progress isn’t built in one hard workout. It’s built through repeated action. Day after day. Week after week. This is about building habits that last beyond the challenge habits that improve your strength, energy, and confidence long term.
4. Ownership
Progress requires responsibility. No one else can train for you. No one else can make your food choices. No one else can prioritize your recovery. This challenge is an opportunity to take ownership of the small daily actions that shape your health and performance.
The Rules
1. Train Consistently
Attend at least 3 training sessions per week.
2. Eat Real Food
Protein, fruits, veggies, and whole foods. Remove ultra-processed & fried foods.
3. Move Daily
Aim for 7,000+ steps or 20 minutes of intentional movement.
4. Hydrate Daily
60–80 oz of water per day.
5. Sleep & Recover
7+ hour of sleep per night.
6. Saturday Attendance
Attend at least 4 of the 6 Team Training sessions across the 42 days and day 42 workout. Attend at least 3 of the 6 community events.
Community Events
Run/Walk Club
April 11th - 7am
Victory Gym
Start your morning with movement and community. Join us for a relaxed, all-levels run or walk — go at your own pace and enjoy the process together.
Sunrise Yoga
April 18th - 7am
Victory Gym
Start your morning with a calm, rejuvenating flow designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. All levels welcome. Bring a mat and get ready to stretch and reset.
Sunrise Ergs & Eggs
April 25th - 7am
Victory Gym
Start your morning with light movement on the ergs and a relaxed community breakfast. Move at your own pace, watch the sun rise, connect with others, and enjoy a simple egg sandwich.
VG Volleyball Night
May 1st - 6pm
Lancaster Park
Join us at Lancaster Park for a relaxed, family-friendly evening of casual sand volleyball and community connection. Bring the whole family and enjoy time together at the park.
Sunrise Yoga
May 9th - 7am
Victory Gym
Start your morning with a calm, rejuvenating flow designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. All levels welcome. Bring a mat and get ready to stretch and reset.
Final Workout & Coffee Social
May 16th - 8am
Victory Gym
Close out the 42 days together with a celebratory Team Training session followed by coffee and connection with the VG community. Let’s finish strong and reflect on the progress made along the way.
VG 42 KICKOFF NIGHT
Join us Friday April 3rd at 6pm for our VG 42 Kickoff Night as we get ready to begin the 42-day lifestyle challenge together.
This evening is designed to help you start the challenge with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
During the kickoff, you will:
• Complete your pre-challenge InBody scan
• Review the VG 42 lifestyle standards and expectations
• Learn simple tips to stay consistent throughout the challenge
• Set personal intentions and goals
• Connect with coaches and fellow members
This is a relaxed, informative evening focused on preparation and community.
Snacks and light refreshments will be provided.
Before & After Progress Scans
Members will complete:
• Pre-challenge InBody scan
• Post-challenge InBody scan
This helps track measurable progress in:
• muscle mass
• body fat
• overall composition

How To Get Started
Step 1
Register for the VG 42 Kickoff Night on April 3 and complete your pre-challenge scan during the event.
If you’re unable to attend, please still register and complete your scan on your own between March 30 – April 4. Be sure to allow enough time if scanning before a training session.
Step 2
Follow the VG 42 Rules and participate in community events.
Step 3
Register for the Final Workout & Coffee Social on May 16th and complete your post-challenge scan between 7am-8am. Workout/social starts at 8am.
